Coming back from the verge of burn-out

Are you expending energy faster than you’re replenishing it? Is your tank running near empty despite practising self-care?  The 13 effective strategies I write about helped me to avoid a full-blown crash-and-burn. It is written on the premise that on an inherent level, you do know what to do, but for numerous reasons, you often don’t act on it. At the end of each chapter, you will be prompted to pause and think about the topic. When you do, imagine that a good friend is coming to you for wise, kind advice on that topic. You will then be challenged to act on your own advice.
